The Learning Environments Team provides staff members at Victoria University with support, training and personal development sessions in using VU Collaborate. We offer four types of services including Workshops, Drop-In Sessions and Online Consultations.
Staff Drop-in Sessions:
Are you experiencing an issue with VU Collaborate that you are not sure how to resolve?
The Learning Environments Team also host daily Drop-in sessions across the campuses. These sessions provide an opportunity for staff to receive expert advice on using VU Collaborate and other online learning tools. Participants receive one-to-one personalized support, with sessions limited to a maximum of 5 participants per session. For this reason, participants are asked to register their attendance via the calendar below.
The Learning Environments team offers Online Consultations, conducted over-the-phone with the aid of screen sharing.
Sessions are in 30-minute blocks and are useful when you are either unable to attend a drop-in session or need urgent support with an issue in VU Collaborate.
To book an Online Consultation with one of the Learning Environments staff, please utilise our online booking system and book an open block at a time that’s convenient for you.
These consultations are designed for staff who need urgent support and provide an opportunity for you to work one-on-one with an instructor. The sessions are conducted over-the-phone with the aid of screen sharing.
The Learning Environments Team conduct Workshop sessions to work with staff on how to use VU Collaborate and other online learning tools such as Turnitin, Echo360 ALP, CampusPack, WebEx, VideoNote and more.
